Exchange Policy:

• Whenever you place an order, we have it freshly manufactured for you and shipped out.
• Each piece that we make is with painstaking efforts and with the contribution of many artisans and our workforce.
• We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
• Once our piece is sold it can only be exchanged for in a bigger or a smaller size of the same style (provided sold piece is returned to us in a perfect condition and informed within 24 hours.)
• If the size ordered is incorrect, courier charges would be borne by the customer, both the times. Please check your size from our size chart mentioned.
• You can even send us your body measurements, we can make accordingly.

• For size exchange please email at info@shubhshreestudios.com with your original order number along with all the necessary details of exchange. Please ensure to name the subject line as ‘Exchange - Name - Order Number’
• You can also Whastapp on +91 96644-03633 for the same and the team will get back to you as soon as possible 
• We will send the revised package once we receive the previous one
• Please note: customised pieces cannot be exchanged

• We offer size, length, neck depth, back depth and all types of customisation 
• We customise our existing products in different prints, you can mix-match prints according to your taste and preference 
• If there is a specific inspired outfit you want to get customised from scratch, that is possible too
